Holistic massage: A massage that integrates, mind, body and spirit. Starting with reflexology on your feet, Swedish in your arms and legs and going on to shiatsu and deep Tissue on your back. This massage is recommended for relaxation and in case of muscular pain. Duration: 60 min.
Reflexology: The organs and the body's anatomic structure are reflected in the hands and feet. In this massage 52 pressure points are stimulated on the feet. It's relaxing and helps some of the body's ailments. Duration: 60min.
Ayurveda massage: This massage is part of the ayuveda medicine (from India). It focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system (this system helps to maintain the balance of the liquids in the blood, conserving protein and eliminating bacteria). This is a 30 min. massage on your entire body. The ayurveda massage transfers energy to the body and helps eliminate unwanted toxins.
Crystal therapy: Here we place approximately 40 different quartz stones on the 7 main chackras which is the center of energy located on the frontal part of the body. This massage transmits energy and harmony to each chackra. Duration: 15-20 min.
Shiatsu massage is also available.

Kundalini Yoga and meditation was developed over 50,000 years ago by rishis in India and Tibet, Kundalini Yoga is the science, art and technology enabling one to access and utilize his or her own creative power for elevation of consciousness, healing and other purposes beyond reproduction; beyond ordinary ability.

For hundreds of years, the indigenous people of México have practiced a purifying steam bath intended to heal the body and cleanse the mind and soul. Unlike steam baths or sweat lodges of indigenous cultures of the north, which were used for ceremonial reasons, the Temazcal of México was celebrated for primarily therapeutic purposes. The name Temazcal, or temazcalli, is a Nahuatl word meaning "steam house."

Temazcal
is a unique source of spiritual and physical healing. Herb-infused water is poured over heated volcanic rocks to extract toxins from the body and enhance energy flow from within, as guests form a circle inside a pyramidal structure. After approximately 50 minutes, cleansing mud is lathered all over the body. After the mud dries, guests are invited to plunge into the clear Caribbean Sea, leaving an overall feeling of cleanliness, calm and inner peace. (Maroma's staff of wellness experts recommends purifying mud baths with or without taking a Temazcal, as they are ideal before plunging into the ocean to wash away stress.)

Holistic Aroma Therapy Massage
Utilizing essential oils like chamomile, lavender, geranium, lemongrass, rose, sandalwood, etc. It is the best anti-stress treatment, relaxing and at the same time vitalizing, relieves pain, tension, insomnia and anxiousness.

Temazcal (Mayan sauna)

Massage: Swedish deep tissue massage or relaxation massage. The Swedish circulatory massage helps to enhance blood circulation, lymphatic circulation; it releases pain, tension and stress. It can be given deeply in to the muscular tissue as a therapeutic massage or softly as a relaxation massage. Mayan sobada

Lymphatic drainage massage

Reflexology
The aromatherapy massage and pressure on the different reflex zones on the feet, enhances localized circulation but also in the responding body part. It releases endorphins to relive fatigue and soothes sore feet. 30 min.

Body Treatment: Salt glow massage exfoliation treatment
This wonderful treatment uses a deep body scrub with marine salt. It removes the dead skin cells, which stimulates circulation and leaves your skin with a healthy glow. 30 min.

Tropical papaya full body wrap
A ripe papaya fruit puree is massaged on to all body parts. You are wrapped in a cotton cloth and allow the papaya to absorb into your skin. It's a natural exfoliation, which contains certain enzymes known as papain. It softens and revitalizes the skin when absorbed. The enzyme acts like a natural fruit acid that remove the flaking cells without the tendency to cause skin irritations. 60 min.

Clay treatment
This Local, natural clay from the Cenotes are full of minerals and trace elements that absorbs all toxins in the cells and rejuvenates it with the necessary minerals that the skin are missing to stay healthy, elastic and invigorated. This is a perfect stress release treatment that will cleanse out all left over stress-released toxins and leave it fresh and renewed. While the body absorbs the clay your therapist will provide you with a relaxing neck, face and scalp massage. 60 min.

Afternoon Aloe Vera full body wrap. Aloe Vera (Sabila) The freshly picked aloe leaf will be massaged on to all parts of your body. We wrap you in a cotton cloth so that the Aloe penetrates deeply through the skin, invigorating and keeping the natural moisture in the cells. Aloe Vera has an anti-inflammatory effect and it kills fungus, bacteria's and viruses. It has a local painkilling and it is a calming agent. It is perfect for any kind of skin, sensitive or sunburned. It is not recommended to be in the sun the same day after this heavenly treatment. 30 min sunburned body part. 60 min full body.

This indulgence of luxury canÕt be missed. You are immersed in a petal flower aromatherapy bath while you get a neck, face, scalp massage and reflexology. 30 min

Facial Treatment All Natural Facial: A natural, 7 plant healing soap is used first cleansing the skin. A local honey peeling forms the exfoliating agent that softens your skin. A natural aloe vera plant or clay mask opens up the pores and are quickly absorbed with a moist warm cloth wrap around the face. We finish off this heavenly treat with a cucumber hydration mask, which tightens the skin, and replenishes it with moisture to restore the skins natural vigor. Oh! Feet Treatment: Tired legs treatment This very relaxing lower leg and foot massage starts with an aromatherapy footbath filled with essential oils to enhance circulation.
